The Senior Vice President of Human Resources leads enterprise-wide people strategy, labor and employee relations, total rewards, benefits, workforce planning, talent development, HR operations, compliance, and HR technology. This executive advises leadership on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, culture, and change management; manages union negotiations and grievances; oversees HR teams, budgets, policies, vendors, and workforce analytics; and ensures compliance with federal, New York State, and New York City employment laws.

Coordinates internship program operations across three cohorts, including recruiting, candidate matching, onboarding, timesheet approval, host and intern communication, database maintenance, alumni recruitment, and professional development events. Builds relationships with employers and participants, manages surveys and check-ins, coordinates vendors and RSVPs, and creates alumni LinkedIn content. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
