Senior HR leader responsible for enterprise HR strategy, labor and employee relations, total rewards, talent management, HR operations, compliance, HRIS oversight, and advising executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and culture.

Provide in-house legal support across litigation management, corporate compliance, and real estate and transactional matters. Manage outside counsel and insurers, draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and procurement documents, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, advise executives, prepare board materials, and handle other assigned legal projects.
