Supervise employees, manage internal cases, and build collaborative relationships with program participants, families, case managers, employees, and rehabilitation professionals in a residential neurobehavioral rehabilitation setting. The role supports individuals with brain injuries, intellectual or developmental disabilities, and mental health difficulties. Responsibilities require coordination of services, staff oversight, compliance with health and safety requirements, and participation in required training and credentialing.

Prepares meals, desserts, salads, snacks, and supplemental nourishment for hospital patients while following dietary restrictions. Plans menus, thaws food, maintains kitchen and serving-area cleanliness, and supports other cooks. Requires prior dietary experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting, a Food Handler's Card, physical ability to lift approximately 50 pounds, reliable attendance, and effective communication.

Provide direct patient care in a neurologic rehabilitation setting, supervise LPNs/CNAs/MHTs, perform assessments, administer medications, document care, participate in admissions/transfers/discharges, and collaborate in interdisciplinary treatment planning to optimize patient outcomes.
