Provides transactional and corporate legal counsel for utility-scale hydro, wind, and other power generation assets. Supports project financings, M&A, strategic transactions, capital projects, real property, procurement, equipment supply, construction agreements, regulatory compliance, power purchase agreements, governance, and relationships with lenders and joint venture partners. Collaborates with finance, capital markets, operations, tax, and external stakeholders.

Leads debt financing and capital-raising activities for renewable energy projects, including lender negotiations, due diligence, financial modeling, transaction closings, refinancing, and restructuring. Develops financing strategies, term sheets, credit agreements, offering memorandums, and investor presentations. Supports acquisitions and development teams with capital-structure analysis while coordinating internal teams, lenders, legal counsel, consultants, management, investors, rating agencies, and the Board.

Manages the North American FP&A team and leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic decisions, improve financial systems and processes, and ensure reporting integrity. The role also mentors finance professionals and oversees continuous improvement in financial planning and management reporting.
