Lead community sales by generating traffic, converting prospects, managing the homebuying process, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with construction and purchasing teams, delivering excellent customer service, and implementing marketing and competitive analyses to drive home sales.

Support financial oversight of a consolidated insurance program including allocations, liquidity management, billing/collections, financial and management reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit/tax support. Partner with Risk, Tax, Legal, and Sector Finance to automate processes, analyze variances, and maintain controls across multi-entity structures.
