Guide customers through the new-home purchasing process, build relationships, provide product and market expertise, prepare sales and construction documentation, maintain prospect databases, meet sales targets, and coordinate communication across teams. The role also requires maintaining professional sales centers and show homes, accurate data entry, CRM and ERP usage, and consistent evening and weekend availability.

Administer contracts, change orders, purchase orders, work orders, SOWs, and insurance documentation for property management and tenant coordination projects. Track approvals and commitments, ensure vendor forms and policies are complete, support users of the Proliance system, assist with audits and user acceptance testing, and update procedural documentation. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and independent project management.

Manage day-to-day sales center operations, provide exceptional customer service, drive and support home sales from prospecting through contract execution, coordinate with construction and other departments, and produce competitive market analyses and weekly reports to meet business targets.
