Act as a trusted advisor for homebuyers, support community sales processes, maintain MLS listings, handle customer inquiries, coordinate across teams, run reports, and help improve sales conversion and customer experience.

Support G&A budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations for North America Office portfolio. Prepare and consolidate budgets/reforecasts, analyze allocations and variances, support lease reporting and maintain leasing data in VTS and Yardi, assist BOX revolver administration, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver ad hoc financial analyses and presentations to inform management decisions and identify cost-savings opportunities.

Leads the North America Office portfolio’s regional FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, valuation, financial modeling, leasing forecasts, IFRS reporting, cash flow, and investment performance analysis. Partners with cross-functional teams, accounting, senior leadership, and investors to deliver financial insights and reporting. Drives process improvements, supports strategic decision-making, and coaches a team of 1–3 employees.
