Teams at Brookfield Properties

Represents and promotes master-planned communities through Welcome Center and online guest experiences. Registers visitors, captures and nurtures leads in Salesforce, maintains website content, enters and reports traffic data, and coordinates with builder sales agents. Provides administrative and marketing support, including communications, promotional materials, social media, community events, grand openings, and real estate agent outreach. Requires weekend availability and approximately 40 hours per week.

Monitors insured claims and litigation matters, maintains litigation databases and electronic files, gathers information for defense, assists with discovery responses, handles routine subpoenas, coordinates information with counsel and field personnel, manages legal holds, and prepares reports and status updates.

Supports marketing programs and property marketing teams by coordinating campaigns, activations, communications, social publishing, creative assets, meetings, trainings, research, budgets, expenses, accruals, and invoices across multiple retail properties. Publishes web, email, and social content while maintaining brand and legal requirements. Requires strong organizational, communication, project, and time management skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
