Develops, implements, and monitors K-12 curriculum for GEAR UP academic programs. Responsibilities include creating RTI plans, coordinating assessments, modeling instruction, analyzing student data, differentiating lessons, supporting students with disabilities, preparing curriculum standards and teaching aids, training teachers, and reporting student progress. The role also builds community relationships, supports academic goal achievement, and organizes awareness events.

Supports painting, drawing, and design courses by supervising students, reinforcing instruction, operating and maintaining studio equipment, preparing demonstrations, arranging supplies and still-life setups, facilitating study groups, tracking attendance and performance, coordinating open studio hours, and overseeing student workers. The role also assists faculty with scheduling, student services, purchasing recommendations, equipment safety, facility maintenance, and exam proctoring.

Provides clerical, administrative, records management, data entry, scheduling, reporting, and customer service support for educator preparation programs. Maintains student and candidate records, processes certification documentation, coordinates meetings and events, supports accreditation and regulatory reporting, and communicates with students, instructors, administrators, school districts, and external partners.
