Develops, implements, and monitors K-12 curriculum for GEAR UP academic programs. Responsibilities include creating RTI plans, coordinating assessments, modeling instruction, analyzing student data, differentiating lessons, supporting students with disabilities, preparing curriculum standards and teaching aids, training teachers, and reporting student progress. The role also builds community relationships, supports academic goal achievement, and organizes awareness events.

Provides individualized case management, mentoring, coaching, outreach, and resource navigation for diverse college students. Maintains student caseloads, documents interactions, tracks academic and engagement outcomes, coordinates campus and community referrals, supports recruitment and engagement events, and contributes to grant reporting, assessment, retention strategies, and continuous program improvement.

Provides instructional and student support to young adults in a Center for Adult Transition program. Assists with classroom, vocational, community-based, independent living, and career-readiness activities; reinforces learning objectives; promotes independence and self-advocacy; supports internships and experiential learning; documents participation and progress; and maintains a safe, inclusive learning environment for neurodiverse students and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
