Directs BronxWorks’ Early Intervention legal services program, overseeing attorneys, paralegals, legal representation quality, client services, compliance, budgets, staffing, grants, reporting, and program development. The role requires expertise in NYC housing law, eviction litigation, and public benefits, along with supervision of legal staff, funder and community relationships, and collaboration across agencies and programs. The director may maintain a limited caseload and represent the program with courts, coalitions, government agencies, and community partners.

Provides administrative, analytical, and operational support for the IT department. Manages ticketing workflows, SLA reporting, dashboards, technology assets, purchasing, vendors, contracts, invoices, and inventory audits. Documents procedures, tracks projects and departmental priorities, supports onboarding and offboarding, and coordinates installations and site visits across BronxWorks locations. The role also analyzes operational data, reconciles records, prepares management reports, and recommends workflow improvements.

Oversee the NYC Free Tax Prep Program, including volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, tax-return quality assurance, IRS compliance, audits, reporting, budgeting, and timely submission of returns. Maintain current tax-law knowledge, coordinate sites across the Bronx, promote related financial-stability services, build community partnerships, and identify program improvements. The role requires flexible seasonal hours, evening and Saturday availability, strong communication, and travel to program sites and events.
