Provides day-to-day leadership and clinical liaison support for a hospital unit. Coordinates staffing, patient placement, scheduling, and payroll; mentors and evaluates staff; enforces policies and quality standards; conducts audits and supports hiring and retention. Acts as first responder for clinical and service issues and ensures a safe environment of care.

Provide full-scope outpatient neurology care for adult patients in a team-based practice, focusing on general neurology and subspecialties (movement disorders, multiple sclerosis). Evaluate and manage patients, interpret labs/EKG/imaging, document orders and billing, coordinate multidisciplinary care, support satellite clinics occasionally, use the EMR (Epic), and communicate with physicians, nurses, and patients. No call or weekend requirements.

Manage donor fund distribution, oversee funding requests from intake through evaluation, supervise support staff, execute fundraising appeals and stewardship, support campaign materials and donor relations across the healthcare system.
