Handles, records, and moves incoming production materials throughout the facility. Duties include unpacking skids and boxes, removing packaging, loading and unloading storage areas, using pallet jacks and book trucks, recording item counts, crushing cardboard, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and supporting production tasks. Requires dependable attendance, safety awareness, physical ability to stand and lift materials, basic PC and typing skills, and flexibility to work overtime in variable production conditions.

Manages series metadata and related bibliographic data for collection development and cataloging. Responsibilities include researching and verifying titles, updating Oracle datasets, assigning classifications and subject headings, maintaining series and contributor tables, correcting data, and supporting workflow improvements. Provides subject matter expertise on series, genres, formats, age ranges, and related cataloging elements while collaborating on cross-functional projects.
