Serve as a trusted strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, change management, and program deployment. Lead P&C initiatives, support succession and talent reviews, drive adoption of HR programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen engagement, leadership capability, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Provide operational HR support for onboarding, data integrity, compliance, recruitment support, employee inquiries, recognition and internal communications, and generate HR reports and dashboards to ensure a consistent employee experience.

Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. Track schedules and finances, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, attend meetings, conduct site visits, enforce safety and quality, assist procurement and close-out activities, and document project progress and compliance.
