Supports day-to-day HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment, policy administration, legislative compliance, workforce planning, and HR reporting. Advises managers, investigates employee concerns, supports HR program implementations, builds internal and external relationships, and develops talent acquisition strategies. The role requires at least three years of HR generalist experience, HRIS and ATS familiarity, strong communication skills, and knowledge of employment legislation.

Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across multiple provinces. Maintain payroll data, deductions, benefits, garnishments, employee records, and compliance documentation. Reconcile payroll totals, resolve discrepancies, process pay adjustments, prepare management reports and T4s, and respond to employee and government inquiries. Maintain confidentiality while supporting audits, HR processes, and accurate, timely payroll administration.
