Performs clerical, administrative, data organization, and coordination work within Production Operations. Follows established procedures, applies knowledge of assigned processes, resolves typical issues using established options, and communicates information across teams. Manages an individual workload with moderate supervision and no supervisory responsibilities. The position works the EWD shift from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Develops and executes strategic pricing plans to improve revenue, margins, and profitability. Leads customer pricing negotiations, analyzes market and competitor trends, manages discounts and pricing exceptions, and provides insights to sales, marketing, and finance teams. The role also implements pricing tools and processes, supports pricing decisions, and leads cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Lead shareholder engagement strategies and client campaigns, coordinating service, production, and call center teams. Track campaign deliverables, manage client communications, attend client meetings and industry events, identify sales opportunities, and represent customer requirements. Use data analytics to guide decisions while developing client relationships and subject-matter expertise in shareholder engagement products and solicitation processes.
