Lead Oracle EPM functional design, configuration, and enhancements (FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, EDMCS). Drive process improvement across consolidation, tax reporting, reconciliation, and master data. Gather requirements, perform fit-gap, run CRPs/CRPs, manage testing (SIT/UAT), support cutovers, and provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Tax stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day support for assigned clients, respond to requests, coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or billing issues, track production activities and timelines, maintain client records, prepare reports, and identify process improvements while supporting client relationship management.

Lead Broadridge's regulatory solutions presence in Luxembourg by building senior client relationships, monitoring EU/Lux regulatory developments, representing the firm in industry forums (ALFI), and providing strategic, commercial guidance to internal and external stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
