Develop, enhance, secure, and maintain Broadcom’s Gen enterprise software for distributed applications. Responsibilities include hands-on coding, technical design, code reviews, debugging escalated customer issues, testing strategy, documentation, and customer-facing technical guidance. The role also contributes to modernization, cybersecurity practices, web APIs, DevOps, and potential mainframe software initiatives.

Analyzes operational data, forecasts headcount, monitors licensing and compliance KPIs, maintains data integrity, and develops reports, dashboards, and presentations. Partners with finance, business operations, licensing, and compliance teams to identify bottlenecks, assess risks, perform root-cause analysis, and improve operational execution. The role requires advanced spreadsheet skills, strong communication, attention to detail, independent work, and management of multiple projects.

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of technical consulting projects. Serve as primary client contact, apply project governance, manage scope/staffing/invoicing, mitigate risks, and deliver large or complex mainframe/open-systems IT projects on time and on budget.
