Lead ownership and improvement of wafer-level test tool groups for MEMS/silicon devices. Specify, install, program, qualify and maintain probers/testers, ensure measurement accuracy and repeatability, drive continuous improvement projects, investigate yield and tool incidents, collaborate with cross-functional fab teams, and develop procedures, FMEAs, and monitoring (FDC/MES) for production and R&D.

Drive revenue growth for existing enterprise customers across Broadcom Software (VMware, CA, Symantec). Manage pipeline, build trusted senior-level relationships, create and execute account and territory plans, qualify and close deals, prepare proposals, negotiate, and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Role is quota-carrying and requires daily in-office presence in Plano, TX.

The Principal Kubernetes Software Engineer will design and develop features for Kubernetes, contribute to CNCF projects, lead teams, and mentor engineers while ensuring adherence to architecture, security, and compliance standards.
