Supports product performance across manufacturing, customers, sales, marketing, and quality teams. Monitors and improves manufacturing performance and new product introduction quality, yield, and cost. Reports performance metrics, analyzes customer returns, develops solutions using data and problem-solving methods, and manages product documentation and test specifications.

Manages IC substrate subcontractors and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing activities, including packaging, yield, quality, delivery, NPI, risk assessment, process improvement, supplier qualification, and production engineering. Drives manufacturing maturity, standardization, cost reduction, capability enhancements, and issue resolution across internal teams and suppliers. Requires extensive substrate manufacturing experience, packaging process expertise, cross-functional leadership, English and Mandarin fluency, and travel throughout Asia.

Leads development of high-performance virtual networking data-plane software for VMware NSX and ESX. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing virtual switching, network overlays, NIC and SmartNIC integrations, security, and QoS features using C, C++, and Python. The role includes performance optimization, benchmarking, profiling, testing strategy, technical leadership, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and support for innovation, patents, and technical publications.
