Lead quality and reliability strategy for silicon photonics products. Develop and execute reliability qualifications, drive failure analysis to closure, support product transfers and volume ramps, manage PPQ/change control, prepare customer audits, and provide quality reporting for advanced packaging and photonic devices.

Design and deliver high-quality SystemVerilog RTL for advanced process nodes (5nm and below), optimize PPA, perform CDC/RDC analysis and low-power techniques, drive timing closure and hand off to physical design, and collaborate with Architecture, Verification, and Physical Design teams.

Provide manufacturing operations support focused on testing (Inovance). Support production testing activities and follow company application instructions. Employer is an equal opportunity employer.
