Provide entry-level support for manufacturing operations, assist with the FVI process, follow company procedures, and support production team tasks as assigned.

Provide Datacom/DB z/OS database administration and SYSPROG consulting: install, configure, upgrade, performance tuning, backup/recovery, modernization (APIs/IDEs), PoC/PoV, onsite/remote customer support, product feedback, and knowledge transfer. Travel to client sites required.

Design, implement, test, and debug mainframe applications using Assembler (HLASM) on z/OS. Collaborate in Agile teams, automate tasks, improve code quality, and modernize enterprise mainframe software while supporting storage and source-control tooling.
