Lead end-to-end machine learning and AI development, including production models, LLM agents, data workflows, feature engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and compliance. Partner with Product and Operations to quantify business impact across finance, credit, procurement, and operations. Own model reliability and lifecycle, establish data and ML standards, and mentor AI and ML engineers.

Designs, deploys, and operates AI agents and AI-enabled services using Python, LLMs, APIs, retrieval systems, and workflow automation. The role owns model evaluation, quality monitoring, feedback loops, observability, cost, latency, reliability, and responsible AI compliance. It integrates AI with internal platforms and business workflows, establishes human-review processes, and collaborates with engineering, data, finance, operations, and sales teams to deliver measurable automation and software development improvements.

Leads regional logistics and supply chain operations across Jeddah, overseeing dispatch, fleet, warehouse, fulfillment, transporter networks, bulk cement deliveries, compliance, KPIs, reporting, process improvement, budgeting, and team management. The role coordinates with suppliers, transporters, customers, and Riyadh-based teams while optimizing costs, capacity, service quality, and operational performance.
