Manages the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, payment application, reconciliations, aging analysis, and customer account maintenance. Leads AR month-end and year-end close activities, prepares journal entries and ECL provisions, supports audits, ensures IFRS and regulatory compliance, monitors cash collections, contributes to forecasting, and improves AR processes and systems. Collaborates with sales, procurement, and operations while mentoring junior accounting staff.

Processes and verifies invoices, prepares vendor payments, reconciles accounts, resolves discrepancies, and supports AP aging, cash-flow forecasting, and month-end close. Ensures compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements while collaborating with procurement, operations, and vendors. The role also contributes to AP process improvements and automation initiatives.

Own the fulfillment product domain from purchase order through delivery and reconciliation. Define workflows, requirements, metrics, and roadmap priorities while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supply teams. Deliver automation and AI-enabled features that reduce manual work, errors, delays, and escalations. Measure adoption, accuracy, cycle time, and operational impact while driving reliable delivery and stakeholder alignment.
