Designs, operates, and improves hybrid cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include managing SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS services; supporting Windows and Linux environments; developing Terraform-based infrastructure automation; maintaining CI/CD pipelines; and improving backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, security, governance, and cost efficiency. The role also involves incident response, root-cause analysis, cloud migration, and collaboration across engineering, security, and operations teams.

Provides in-house legal advice on litigation, potential legal challenges, disputes, governance, and escalation processes. Advises product teams, senior management, risk, compliance, finance, procurement, and government stakeholders in a financial services context. Requires contentious legal experience broadly equivalent to at least five years’ PQE, with financial services, FOIA, regulatory, or in-house advisory experience advantageous.
