Coordinates government and ecosystem engagement, designs outcomes-based livelihoods and skilling programmes, conducts research and evidence synthesis, develops policy and technical knowledge products, and manages multiple platform workstreams. The role supports stakeholder consultations, donor engagement, programme implementation, learning activities, project tracking, and operational planning across governments, funders, implementation partners, and technical experts.

Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of core business systems including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Atlassian. Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements, manage vendors, support data governance and compliance, drive user adoption and training, monitor platform performance, and help implement AI tools. The role combines product ownership, hands-on low-code delivery, business process improvement, and vendor management in a small, autonomous technology function.
