Oversee global flight-following operations by monitoring aircraft movements, tracking flight plans, coordinating with air traffic control and crews, communicating weather and clearance information, managing emergency response actions, and maintaining operational records. The role also supports search and rescue aircraft tracking, offshore fuel reporting, and two-way communications with aircraft and facilities.

Manage the full lifecycle of company publications, including document workflows, reviews, revisions, archival, status tracking, and distribution across electronic and hard-copy platforms. Provide eMan technical support, resolve user issues, coordinate with regional operations teams, recommend process improvements, and assist with global document-control platform migration. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency, and international travel eligibility.

Coordinates procurement of aircraft parts, spares, and supplies from purchase order initiation through closure. Sources and evaluates vendors, negotiates purchasing decisions, tracks need and arrival dates, coordinates shipments and returns, updates purchase orders, and communicates quality documentation requirements. Supports global procurement activities, international assignments, inventory management, and vendor engagement while providing rotational weekend AOG support.
