Supports the COO and operational leadership through operational reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking, project coordination, executive administration, vendor communications, purchasing support, compliance documentation, and process improvement across multiple operating locations.

Conducts full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offers, and candidate placement. Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, manages internal transfers and applicant tracking records, develops recruiting and advertising programs, maintains candidate and client relationships, and supports compliance with employment laws. The role is full-time, on-site, bilingual English/Spanish, and requires 25% travel.

Conducts full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, resume screening, interviews, assessments, reference and background checks, interview coordination, offer delivery, and candidate follow-up. Partners with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs, maintain compliance with employment laws, manage applicant tracking and pre-employment records, and support recruiting goals within an assigned territory. Uses traditional and digital sourcing methods while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.

Provides administrative and operational support to the COO and company leadership. Responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing operational data, coordinating vendors and purchasing, managing travel and correspondence, auditing fuel invoices, maintaining equipment registrations, supporting plant managers, and handling confidential information. The role also assists with project tracking, regulatory correspondence, PPE purchasing, production reporting, documentation management, and special assignments across ready-mix, aggregate, and trucking operations.

Inspects, repairs, mounts, balances, tests, and replaces tires on cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles. Responds to road calls, maintains tire pressure and vehicle compliance, manages tire inventory, schedules fleet services, audits vendors, and follows DOT and safety requirements. The role involves routine and preventive maintenance, collaboration with mechanics, customer service, physical labor, outdoor work, overtime, occasional weekends, and travel between locations.
