Own full life-cycle recruitment for pharmaceutical roles: source, screen, interview, headhunt passive candidates, run intake meetings with hiring managers, support offers and onboarding, build industry relationships, and implement diversity recruiting strategies.

Maintain and repair production equipment in GMP pharmaceutical facilities, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, support installations, commissioning, validation/calibration, tooling changeovers, and optimize machine efficiency while ensuring MHRA and cGMP compliance.

Provide front-desk reception and general office administration: manage calls, post/couriers, visitor log, stationery, meeting room bookings, basic expense documentation, and handle product queries per pharmacovigilance SOPs. Support smooth reception operations and coordinate with other departments.

Perform formulation R&D, plan and execute development and validation activities, author regulatory/technical documents, conduct process optimization and stability studies per ICH, provide technical support and troubleshooting across production and compliance to meet MHRA and cGMP standards.

Manage import/export operations and documentation, complete customs entries, liaise with carriers and suppliers, minimise port/demurrage charges, check transport invoices and VAT deferment, produce monthly MI for the Financial Controller, negotiate with carriers, and drive process improvements and data integrity across systems.
