Supports the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, training, testing, and evaluation of clinical information systems. Collaborates with IT, clinicians, physicians, and patient-care departments; integrates clinical data to support decision-making; develops training and support materials; troubleshoots system issues; and supports application updates and implementations.

Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in ASU/Endo/PACU. Manage staffing, mentor staff, participate in quality improvement, enforce policies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize clinical and fiscal outcomes.

Provide clerical and administrative support to a patient care unit: manage admissions/transfers/discharges, maintain patient records and supplies, answer phones, assist staff and patients, scan documents, support data collection and unit operations, and float to other departments as needed.
