Lead sales and marketing for a hospice location: develop and execute marketing plans, build referral and payer relationships, negotiate contracts, manage budget and sales team, monitor market positioning and marketing ROI, and identify service opportunities to meet volume projections.

Provide hospice nursing care including comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, develop and revise individualized care plans, manage pain and symptoms, teach patients and caregivers, communicate with physicians, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while traveling within the service area.

Supervise clinical personnel and ensure appropriate hospice/home care delivery. Review referrals, perform home visits, evaluate cases and records, coordinate with physicians, conduct clinical reviews, assist with hiring and orientation, support education and QAPI activities, and promote quality patient- and family-centered hospice services.
