Provide hands-on personal care and comfort to hospice patients under RN supervision. Duties include bathing, feeding, vital signs, mobility assistance, skin care, documentation, light household tasks, family respite, and reporting condition changes. Adhere to hospice philosophy, safety procedures, and participate in quality improvement.

Lead development and execution of marketing strategy and campaigns to drive growth and brand awareness. Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and collateral; write and edit copy; conduct market research and competitive analysis; support new market launches, rebranding, and nationwide promotions; mentor marketing staff and report on campaign performance.

Provide after-hours hospice nursing: triage phone calls, perform night/weekend visits and admissions, dispatch field staff, refill prescriptions, order supplies/DME, document calls and reports, and support patients and grieving families with compassion and autonomy.
