Leads Agile and traditional project management for software development initiatives ranging from rapid experiments to complex, multi-team programs. Responsibilities include establishing processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing scope, milestones, risks, impediments, governance, stakeholder communications, delivery planning, team accountability, metrics, and continuous improvement. Provides coaching and consultative guidance while supporting Product Owners and ensuring project goals are delivered within constraints.

Develop and maintain frontend web applications for desktop and mobile experiences. Convert mockups into responsive, semantic HTML and SCSS, build interactive JavaScript interfaces, integrate solutions into existing platforms, optimize UX, create test plans, support QA and UAT, participate in code reviews, and improve frontend frameworks and reusable styling structures.

Build and enhance consumer Android applications for Google Play across phones and tablets. Responsibilities include defining mobile architecture, integrating backend and third-party APIs, developing reusable frameworks, maintaining live products, improving development processes, documenting standards and test plans, writing unit and integration tests, and mentoring Android engineers. The role also emphasizes app quality, performance, crash reporting, UX testing, and reliable release management.
