Lead Brisk's Platform team owning core infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, and shared services. Mentor engineers, design and maintain AWS-based cloud architecture, drive reliability, observability, incident response, and collaborate with product teams to balance rapid development with long-term security and scalability.

Identify, prospect, and close new school and district accounts; manage the sales process from outreach to closing; build relationships with education leaders; travel ~10-20%; collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing; track pipeline in CRM; gather market insights; meet/exceed KPIs.
