The Senior Growth Marketer will lead Brisk's growth strategy, experimenting with creative ideas and building scalable marketing systems to drive teacher engagement and product adoption.

Lead Brisk's Platform team owning core infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, and shared services. Mentor engineers, design and maintain AWS-based cloud architecture, drive reliability, observability, incident response, and collaborate with product teams to balance rapid development with long-term security and scalability.

Identify, prospect, and close new school and district accounts; manage the sales process from outreach to closing; build relationships with education leaders; travel ~10-20%; collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing; track pipeline in CRM; gather market insights; meet/exceed KPIs.
