Teams at BRINC Drones

Lead the design and development of FPGA systems for drones, focusing on video processing, sensor interfaces, and high-performance data handling. Collaborate with teams to enhance autonomous safety products.

Embed onsite with critical customers to install, configure, and operate BRINC drones and software, triage and fix hardware/firmware/software issues under operational pressure, write and upstream code and configs, liaise between field and HQ engineering, document learnings, participate in after-hours support, and travel extensively for multi-week deployments.

Coordinate interviews, scheduling logistics, candidate communications, ATS records, recruiting events, hiring progress tracking, metrics, and candidate hosting. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People Team to deliver an organized, professional recruiting experience while managing confidential information and complex, high-volume scheduling across stakeholders and time zones.
