Leads complex business transformation initiatives from problem discovery through solution delivery, adoption, and measurable value realization. The role identifies workflow improvements, shapes products and capabilities, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and tradeoffs, and establishes success metrics. It requires executive stakeholder influence, technical fluency, business-case development, organizational change leadership, and accountability for scaling, refining, or discontinuing initiatives based on evidence.

Develop and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend applications in a microservices environment. Design REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, optimize performance on AWS, manage PostgreSQL persistence, and collaborate with Agile teams. Support CI/CD, containerization, messaging, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Designs and operates secure, scalable AWS environments and advanced networking architectures. Manages Databricks workspaces, clusters, integrations, and Unity Catalog across multiple environments. Develops Terraform infrastructure code, maintains Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and automates AWS and Databricks deployments. Implements IAM security controls, monitors infrastructure with CloudWatch and Prometheus, and troubleshoots networking, deployment, and data pipeline issues.
