Provides executive leadership for a statewide supportive housing portfolio, overseeing strategy, performance, quality, evaluation, program development, financial sustainability, partnerships, and senior leaders. The role coordinates housing, case management, managed care, behavioral health, and client participation programs while advancing Housing First, equity, and person-centered services. The Chief Program Officer represents the organization with government agencies, healthcare systems, funders, and community partners and supports sustainable growth across California.

Supervise Operations Specialists processing housing-related applications, payments, move-in assistance, and financial transactions. Ensure accurate records, compliance, reporting, and timely resolution of complex cases. Lead team coaching and performance management, coordinate with Finance, case managers, vendors, funders, and other partners, and improve workflows to increase accuracy, efficiency, and client-centered service delivery.

Provides administrative and operational support to Flexible Housing Pool leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, travel, invoices, inventory, compliance tracking, referrals, data entry, documentation, stakeholder communication, and special projects. The role supports a nonprofit housing program serving vulnerable populations and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, cultural competency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar systems.
