Manage and validate program and agency budgets, improve time reporting and staffing allocations, ensure funder compliance, analyze grant spending and cashflow, and implement quality assurance and standardized budgeting practices across regions.

Manage daily operational workflows, supervise operations supervisors, optimize processes, ensure compliance with funder requirements, track performance metrics and reporting, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Programs and Data & Technology, and drive continuous improvement and team development to support scalable housing services.

Lead ERP and finance systems strategy, roadmap, and integrations. Oversee Finance Systems team, translate business needs into ERP designs, direct advanced configuration and implementations, ensure data integrity, controls, and scalable integrations, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations on change management and platform maturity.
