The role handles deployments, patching, vulnerability remediation, lifecycle management, ITSM incidents, documentation, escalations, technical improvements, and coordination with global infrastructure, network, application, and cybersecurity teams.

Provides advanced onsite L3 IT support across enterprise office and factory environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, Azure endpoints, networks, servers, storage, monitoring, factory technology, printers, and cybersecurity controls. The role manages deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, lifecycle activities, incidents, escalations, documentation, and technical improvements while coordinating with remote infrastructure, application, network, and security teams. It also serves as a senior escalation point for junior engineers and requires Swedish and English proficiency.

Provides first- and second-level support for network infrastructure. Troubleshoots IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, and switching issues; configures routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points; monitors network performance; manages incident documentation; collaborates with IT teams; and assists with maintenance, upgrades, and implementation projects.
