Serve as primary HR partner for corporate orgs: lead calibration, promotion, and merit cycles; coach managers and executives; advise on complex employee relations; drive strategic HR initiatives; design scalable HR processes; use AI tools to accelerate work; mentor HR teammates.

Serve as second-in-command to the Sales Director Pakistan, directly manage 3+ frontline sales managers and a 25-30 SDR org, translate strategy into SMART goals, run operating cadences (pipeline reviews, QBRs, ramp/attrition tracking, forecasting) using SFDC and conversation intelligence, develop manager bench, and partner cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, and Enablement.

Lead Sales Operations for Expansion product lines, build AI-driven automated workflows and lead-scoring models, design scalable GTM processes, run funnel analytics, manage a small team, and present findings to execs.
