Conduct functional, visual, UX, cross-platform, frontend, and backend testing for websites and applications. Create test plans and cases, identify and track bugs, validate APIs and user flows, assess design fidelity against Figma specifications, and communicate risks and fixes to designers, developers, project managers, and clients. Contribute to QA process improvements and optionally develop automated regression tests using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Design intuitive digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, web apps, and interactive platforms. Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces, and collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and strategists. Apply feedback from testing and stakeholders, maintain design systems, support accessibility and visual consistency, and contribute to documentation and process improvements in a remote-first agency environment.

Owns the architecture and implementation of complex Webflow websites for B2B technology clients. Responsibilities include translating design systems into scalable builds, structuring CMS content models, writing custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, implementing integrations and animations, optimizing performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting QA, mentoring developers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
