Designs and maintains scalable enterprise analytics infrastructure centered on Tableau. Responsibilities include Tableau Cloud administration, architecture, dashboard performance optimization, security governance, CI/CD deployment, Python automation, and integration with Snowflake and Salesforce. The role partners with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to build reusable pipelines, reliable data models, monitoring capabilities, and high-performing analytics solutions.

Serve as the primary advisor for healthcare customers, building relationships, coordinating training, monitoring account health, and identifying opportunities to improve billing, collections, revenue cycle performance, and customer outcomes. Analyze data and operational challenges, recommend corrective actions, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and business results.

Manages strategic healthcare customer relationships, helping providers improve Brightree adoption, operational workflows, efficiency, ROI, retention, and business outcomes. Partners with executive stakeholders, leads business reviews and working sessions, identifies risks and expansion opportunities, troubleshoots complex issues, and provides strategic recommendations. Requires HME or home infusion operations expertise, process improvement experience, Brightree experience, healthcare billing knowledge, and domestic travel up to 20–30%.
