Provide consultative, high-quality SaaS application support for Brightree; troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, document knowledge base articles, identify systemic trends, escalate to Product/Engineering, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvements to maximize customer value.

Lead integrated provider and consumer marketing for ResMed Canada to drive CPAP adoption, patient engagement, resupply growth and market share. Develop national and province-specific plans, create campaign briefs, run omnichannel programs, partner cross-functionally, measure performance, and build relationships with providers and stakeholders.
