Create and evolve Brighton Jones’s visual brand across digital, print, presentations, campaigns, websites, social media, email, infographics, and client-facing experiences. Partner with marketing and content teams to develop clear visual storytelling, presentation materials, and brand systems. The role requires strong digital design fundamentals, presentation craft, AI fluency, and the ability to explain and defend design recommendations.

Supports financial planning, investment analysis, portfolio reviews, tax and wealth-transfer planning, client meeting preparation, and advisory-team operations. Maintains accurate client records in Salesforce, coordinates trades and account servicing, tracks action items, and assists with client recommendations. The role includes structured training, Series 65 licensing preparation, coaching, and progressive development toward broader advisory responsibilities.

Supports financial planning, investment, and wealth management analyses; prepares client meeting materials and recommendations; assists with tax coordination, portfolio reviews, trades, transfers, journals, and account servicing. Maintains accurate client data in Salesforce and other systems while coordinating advisory team priorities. The role includes structured training, coaching, licensing preparation, and progressive client-service responsibilities through the Analyst Training Program.
