The Advisor manages client service teams, handles client communication, performs financial analysis, and prepares meeting deliverables for wealth management.

Leads talent acquisition operations by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting workflows and systems, improving data quality, and building reports and dashboards. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to strengthen candidate experience, streamline processes, maintain ATS integrity, and implement scalable tools, documentation, and operating standards. The role also supports recruiting technology evaluation, process improvement, audits, analytics, and future workforce-planning initiatives.

Leads Brighton Jones’ Impact platform, including strategic impact planning, charitable giving, impact investing, corporate impact, partnerships, budgeting, and team development. This role builds the operating model and capabilities supporting impact offerings, drives adoption across business lines, oversees corporate initiatives, develops measurement frameworks, and collaborates with advisors, leadership, marketing, nonprofits, and investment partners.
