Teams at Brightline

Principal Product Manager responsible for strategy and execution across Brightline’s public-sector healthcare partnerships, initially leading the California DHCS BrightLife Kids program. The role includes roadmap development, stakeholder and government-partner collaboration, scalable product capability creation, metrics ownership, client-facing sales support, and leadership of ambiguous cross-functional initiatives. The candidate will also mentor Product Managers and help build Brightline’s public-sector product discipline.

Lead technical direction for a Ruby on Rails-based platform, design cross-cutting systems (data models, APIs, clinical workflows), write full-stack code, mentor engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, collaborate with product/design/clinical teams, and champion high standards and domain expertise in pediatric behavioral health.
