Provide strategic clinical leadership across the Wisconsin market: ensure clinical quality, hire and develop clinicians, supervise care and documentation, maintain a limited caseload, run peer consultation, oversee metrics, compliance, outreach, and partner with operations and marketing to scale services and launch clinics.

Lead regional outreach and partnership strategy to drive adoption of BrightLife Kids. Build relationships with county health, schools, and community organizations; run field marketing, events, and webinars; track outreach metrics in Salesforce; identify service gaps and inform program design; represent BrightLife Kids at public-facing events and stakeholder meetings.

Lead technical direction for a Ruby on Rails-based platform, design cross-cutting systems (data models, APIs, clinical workflows), write full-stack code, mentor engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, collaborate with product/design/clinical teams, and champion high standards and domain expertise in pediatric behavioral health.
