Leads Brightline’s engineering, maintenance-of-way, facilities, and contractor operations for railroad infrastructure. Oversees track maintenance, capital improvements, budgets, regulatory compliance, safety audits, contractor performance, facilities maintenance, and coordination with railroads, agencies, consultants, and contractors. Manages engineering personnel, supports 24/7 emergency response, develops infrastructure strategies, and ensures safe, reliable intercity passenger service operations.

Own monthly accounting close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and US GAAP compliance. The role also contributes to internal controls, accounting systems implementation, process improvements, and cross-functional finance initiatives.
