Coordinate client onboarding projects, maintain project plans, gather and analyze technical requirements, configure applications, develop and execute test plans, conduct solution acceptance testing, and collaborate with implementation, product, professional services, and development teams to deliver client solutions.

Lead pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, ROI modeling, proof-of-concepts, RFPs, security questionnaires, and statements of work for brightfin’s IT spend optimization platform. Partner with sales teams and executive prospects to define business cases, address solution gaps, document requirements, and support deals through signature. Ensure clean handoffs to implementation and services teams while maintaining expertise in IT financial management, telecom, and ServiceNow. This remote role requires approximately 30% travel across the United States.

Support client implementations by collecting and mapping customer data, coordinating internal teams and training, configuring allocation/reconciliation rules, uploading and validating invoices, participating in UAT and go-live readiness, and documenting operational processes to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
