Build and operate end-to-end automation solutions combining RPA platforms with AI and LLM capabilities. Responsibilities include solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, API and system integrations, production escalation support, AI tool evaluation, performance optimization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires hands-on experience with RPA, AI/LLM technologies, programming, cloud platforms, APIs, data manipulation, and secure scalable automation design.

Lead and grow a team of AI and automation engineers while remaining hands-on with production coding, architecture, and technical direction. Own the automation project portfolio, roadmap, delivery quality, governance, incident management, vendor relationships, and platform strategy. Partner with business, IT, data, security, and compliance stakeholders to identify opportunities, integrate AI and LLM capabilities, and communicate outcomes to leadership.

Leads high-volume telecom billing operations, including invoice generation, validation, reconciliation, distribution, system configuration, and dispute resolution. Partners with Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure accurate pricing, usage, revenue recognition, and compliance. Monitors billing metrics, improves processes, supports system upgrades and UAT, and mentors team members. Requires deep telecom or TEM billing expertise, advanced Excel skills, ERP or billing-system proficiency, and strong data analysis capabilities.
