Supports B2B SaaS clients from onboarding through ongoing operations. Responsibilities include loading invoices and inventory data, auditing and reconciling billing, analyzing contracts and usage, proposing savings, implementing carrier changes, generating reports, fulfilling service orders, communicating with clients, and tracking incidents through resolution. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, data-security, and client-support skills.

Provides Level 1 technical support for SaaS and ServiceNow-related issues. Responsibilities include prioritizing and resolving incidents, diagnosing root causes, tracking tickets and SLAs, documenting solutions, collaborating with technical teams, escalating complex issues, and identifying process or product improvements. The role is remote in Ukraine and requires strong communication, troubleshooting, customer-service, and web application knowledge.
