Defines and governs enterprise architecture across applications, infrastructure, cloud, integrations, security, and data. Develops technology strategies and roadmaps, leads architecture governance and modernization initiatives, and guides cloud migration, application integration, infrastructure automation, resiliency, and security-by-design. Partners with executives, business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and vendors to align technology investments with business objectives. Mentors technical teams and communicates architectural decisions across technical and business audiences.

Processes full-cycle US payroll, including biweekly and weekly runs, employee changes, adjustments, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities. Supports ADP troubleshooting, payroll documentation, year-end processes, audits, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR, Finance, operations, and vendors to resolve routine issues, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and improve payroll procedures.

Design, program, integrate, commission, troubleshoot, and improve automation systems across hydroponic greenhouse operations, including environmental controls, irrigation, packaging, robotics, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks. Provide technical support, documentation, root-cause analysis, system backups, vendor coordination, and project execution. The role is site-based with 50%–75% travel among facilities and participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Improve greenhouse workflows across planting, harvesting, packaging, irrigation, and climate control using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and statistical methods. Collaborate with operators, engineers, vendors, and safety and food-quality teams to implement process improvements, automation, and capital projects. Analyze operational data, develop SOPs, train teams, support commissioning, ensure compliance, and track budgets, ROI, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes.
