Investigate, troubleshoot, and enhance Brighte’s finPOWER financial platform using VBScript, C#, and SQL. The role involves querying and validating financial data, resolving integrity issues, understanding business workflows, documenting legacy system logic, and translating user needs into technical improvements. The developer will build expertise in lending, payments, reconciliation, and accounting while using AI tools to understand and modernize existing systems.

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack features using React and Node.js. Architect reliable, scalable microservices, integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agents, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams. Contribute to technical roadmaps, code reviews, testing, security, and engineering best practices while mentoring mid-level engineers and improving customer experiences.
