Contribute to technical roadmaps, code reviews, testing, security, and engineering best practices while mentoring mid-level engineers and improving customer experiences.

Drive growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing vendor relationships across WA and SA. Build sales pipeline, close deals, conduct client meetings, collaborate with internal teams, track performance in CRM, and represent Brighte at industry events.

Assess and accredit vendor applications end-to-end, review credit data and documentation, monitor vendor risk and compliance, advise stakeholders on accreditation outcomes, manage vendor relationships and escalations, and help improve vendor risk frameworks, reporting, controls, and operational processes.
