Define anomaly detection, KPIs, and developer-ready specifications, run agile delivery for a small engineering team, and translate field data and customer needs into roadmap and product features that optimize large-scale geothermal system operations.

Lead complex geothermal projects from early-stage through contract execution: originate pipeline, drive sales, manage budgets/schedules/contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee stakeholder communication, analyze technical and financial documents, maintain CRM/PM tools, and meet revenue targets.
