Provide targeted behavioral support to students with disabilities by implementing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), tracking progress toward IEP goals, de-escalating crises, documenting services in Welligent, and collaborating with teachers, case managers, and school specialists.

Lead and implement restorative practices, PBIS, and progressive discipline to build a safe, inclusive school climate. Manage behavior systems, investigations, data analysis, staff coaching, family engagement, and compliance with district reporting.

Support classroom teachers by providing one-on-one and small-group instruction, tutoring, data tracking, test administration, student supervision during meals and activities, operating office equipment, communicating student progress, and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Provide targeted small-group and individual literacy and/or math interventions, design and monitor intervention strategies, analyze student data, support schoolwide instructional initiatives and extended learning programs, model instruction and facilitate professional learning, and lead grant-supported projects to improve student outcomes.
