Supports nonprofit financial reporting and operations by tracking restricted and unrestricted donations, posting revenue and investments, forecasting cash, reviewing variances, invoicing ministry-trip expenses, assisting with budgets, audits, and IRS Form 990 schedules, and documenting or improving finance procedures. The role requires accurate, audit-ready records, strong collaboration, nonprofit accounting expertise, and flexible remote support for 10–15 hours weekly.

Drives new business growth by identifying prospects, building relationships with decision-makers, conducting discovery, recommending tailored professional services, and managing the full sales cycle through close. Maintains pipeline and CRM records, meets revenue goals, develops referral partnerships, monitors market trends, attends industry events, and collaborates internally to transition new clients smoothly.

Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, planned giving, and personalized proposals. Identify new affluent supporters, develop grantor relationships and applications, support donor events and giving societies, track activities in Salesforce, and lead 2–3 international donor trips annually. The role partners closely with development leadership to increase philanthropic revenue while advancing a Christian mission addressing extreme poverty.
