The Executive Assistant will support Bright Money’s founders and senior leaders by managing calendars, meetings, travel, logistics, presentations, reports, minutes, expenses, and confidential information. The role coordinates board, investor, leadership, and external stakeholder engagements; tracks program milestones and action items; and provides in-person support in Mumbai. Success requires strong organization, judgment, communication, discretion, time management, and proficiency with office and AI productivity tools.

Own product strategy, execution, and experimentation for AI-powered web and mobile experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and ML teams to ship conversational AI, intelligent product flows, and consumer fintech features. Define metrics, run experiments, move quickly, and manage an independent business unit with P&L ownership.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of banking platform capabilities including account onboarding, verification, payments, settlements, partner integrations, and reconciliation. Define requirements, metrics, controls, and resilience plans while coordinating Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership. Improve internal developer and product-team experience through reliable APIs, documentation, and self-service tools. The role requires strong technical fluency in backend platforms, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and regulated financial infrastructure.
