Hands-on finance internship supporting day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, statutory filings, bank/vendor/intercompany reconciliations, financial statements and MIS reporting, accounts payable/receivable tasks, basic analytical reviews, data entry, and ad-hoc finance projects using tools like Tally and QuickBooks.

Lead Bright's creative growth engine: conceive and launch themed multi-channel campaigns, build influencer/creator programs, produce hooks/copy/video concepts, partner with paid acquisition, own customer communications (in-app, email, landing pages), ensure regulatory compliance, and run a high-velocity creative testing and production pipeline.

Build, test, and deploy scalable backend components (primarily Django/Python). Implement algorithms and subsystems for lending and user communications. Solve complex engineering problems with simple designs. Collaborate cross-functionally and perform analytics using SQL to inform product and marketing decisions.
