Develop and deploy scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, workflows, and integrations supporting cloud-based manufacturing performance monitoring and factory-floor command systems. Responsibilities include Linux scripting, containerization, troubleshooting production issues, testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and collaboration with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams. The role requires advanced Python, REST API development, databases, cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD experience.

Partners with the CEO and executive leadership to shape company strategy, lead strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive execution. Oversees operating cadences, OKRs, forecasting, reporting, board and investor materials, resource allocation, and performance analytics. Collaborates across operations, R&D, sales, marketing, finance, and HR to align priorities, improve decision-making, and support strategic partnerships and fundraising.

Supports strategic finance through investment and ROI analysis, market and competitive research, cash forecasting, management reporting, investor financial modeling, and strategic projects. The intern will apply AI to finance and investor relations workflows, collaborate with senior leaders, analyze KPIs, revenue, margins, and spending, and contribute to investor communications.
