Lead strategy, development, and execution of client marketing programs for enterprise accounts. Drive engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven multi-channel campaigns, stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, team coaching, and process improvements.

Manage end-to-end RFP and RFI responses, including bid strategy, timelines, cross-functional collaboration, drafting, editing, content-library maintenance, and reporting. Partner with sales, account management, legal, security, operations, and product teams to produce accurate, cohesive, customer-focused proposals. Identify process improvements by evaluating submission strategies and outcomes.

Manages enrollment for a group of childcare centers by building family pipelines, securing future enrollment offers, planning transitions, and maximizing occupancy. Partners with families and center operators, monitors demand and staffing, supports classroom planning, maintains availability data, and uses enrollment systems and metrics for forecasting. Provides ongoing communication to enrolled and waitlisted families while coordinating center teams and escalating enrollment barriers.
