Lead a teaching team to implement developmentally appropriate, anti-bias curriculum; serve as a curriculum expert using quality assessment tools; mentor and model best practices for new teachers; partner with families; ensure child safety and comply with state/company requirements. Role is in-person and requires hands-on care, lifting children, and meeting health and background screening requirements.

Support the Center Director in daily operations of an early childhood center: supervise staff, ensure program quality and compliance with licensing, mentor teachers, document learning, build family relationships, and maintain health and safety standards.

Support preschool classrooms for 3–5-year-olds by assisting with activities, maintaining communication with parents, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and providing coverage across classrooms as needed. Follow company and state procedures, meet health and screening requirements, and perform physical tasks including lifting and supervising children.
