Leads executive relationships for a portfolio of employer-sponsored clients across child care and family solutions businesses. Owns retention, growth, financial performance, utilization, and strategic partnership development. Coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees budgets and operational commitments, supports negotiations and business cases, mitigates risks, and aligns client workforce objectives with care solutions. Partners with HR, Benefits, Finance, Operations, Facilities, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable client and business outcomes.

Leads the enterprise HRIS and People Intelligence functions, including Workday governance, workforce analytics, reporting, integrations, data governance, technology strategy, and platform optimization. Develops a multi-year roadmap, manages HR technology and analytics teams, oversees vendors and budgets, ensures data quality and compliance, and delivers dashboards and insights for executive decision-making. The role also advances automation, AI-enabled capabilities, change management, user adoption, and digital employee experience.

Leads and manages software developers and architects while designing scalable applications using Azure, AWS, .NET, Java, and Node.js. Oversees Angular and React development, software architecture, code quality, security, documentation, project timelines, risks, and resources. Provides hands-on technical leadership, manages the full project lifecycle, drives continuous improvement, and mentors team members.
