Leads B2B2C client and employee marketing for employer-sponsored benefits, driving awareness, registrations, opt-ins, and ongoing usage. Develops client and program launch strategies, scalable marketing processes, calendars, events, benefits-fair materials, and integrated campaigns. Partners with clients and internal teams to improve engagement and revenue outcomes while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team.

Manages internal communications content across employee apps, newsletters, video communications, digital signage, and staff meetings. Develops editorial calendars, writes and edits messages, sources organizational stories, supports video content, analyzes channel and campaign performance, and recommends improvements to employee engagement. The role requires strong writing, content management, stakeholder collaboration, data reporting, and familiarity with digital communication tools and AI practices.

Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform across development, test, UAT, and production environments. Manage DLP policies, ALM pipelines, environments, gateways, security, compliance, AI capabilities, licensing, capacity, and FinOps optimization.
