Leads and supervises Community Living Instructors supporting adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Oversees person-centered service plans, participant safety, staff training, documentation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, case coordination, incident reporting, crisis response, and community resource access. The role serves as a primary contact for participants, families, conservators, Regional Centers, and interdisciplinary teams while providing direct support and responding to emergencies as needed.

Provides person-centered support and advocacy for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Supervises direct-service staff, coordinates individualized services with families and Regional Centers, supports behavior and crisis response, monitors documentation and compliance, conducts quality assurance visits, and promotes participant independence, safety, dignity, and community integration.

Supervise and mentor Community Living Instructors delivering person-centered supports to adults with developmental disabilities. Oversee IPP/ISP implementation, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct QA audits, coordinate services with Regional Centers and families, respond to incidents and emergencies, provide direct support as needed, and lead staff training and development.
