Leads Equipment Coordinators, monitors productivity, resolves sales-order issues, and ensures ordering, tracking, distribution, inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and recordkeeping processes are followed. Partners with procurement, sales, IT, and branch teams on forecasting, system enhancements, process improvements, and equipment orders. Provides training, supports customer satisfaction, and drives operational efficiency while maintaining company standards.

Build and manage customer relationships across a territory, identify warehouse equipment and service needs, prospect for new business, close sales, forecast accounts, and support sustainable growth. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain fundamentals, and the ability to represent the company at events and trade shows.

Responsible for growing sales, market share, and profitability within an assigned territory by selling new and used equipment, parts, service, and rentals. Duties include prospecting, developing customer relationships, presenting solutions, closing deals, forecasting, maintaining account profiles, attending trade events, and monitoring market activity. The role requires knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain fundamentals, complex equipment sales, and customer purchasing processes. Travel is less than 25%, with frequent physical activity and lifting up to 40 pounds.
