Coordinate projects with internal teams, vendors, and government bodies, maintain regulatory submissions and inspections, support clients on approvals, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely project execution.

Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound outreach, manage customer relationships and CRM, provide product information, support field sales handoffs, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar energy solutions.

Support monitoring and analysis of power system operations, assist development and implementation of optimization strategies, conduct research on sector trends, collaborate on projects, and participate in team problem-solving meetings.

Lead and manage a sales team to meet targets; develop and execute sales strategies; monitor performance and mentor staff; identify new markets; collaborate with marketing/product teams; handle escalations; forecast sales, manage proposals/pricing, and represent the company at events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Drive sales of residential solar solutions through consultative selling, customer education, relationship building, and closing deals. Advise prospects on system recommendations, government incentives, and financial/environmental benefits while staying current on solar technology and policies to meet monthly targets.

Create social-first graphics and edit customer testimonial and promotional videos to build brand awareness and engagement. Maintain visual identity across digital channels, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and keep content aligned with current design and marketing trends.

Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance tracking, training coordination, and HR process improvement using HR software and automation.
