Work with customers and internal teams to implement, configure, test, and train on benefits administration software. Gather and translate requirements into user stories and design documents, prioritize multiple projects, resolve application issues, and maintain product knowledge. Remote role with travel up to 30%.

Design, build, and maintain a scalable cloud platform (AWS/Azure) using IaC, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, and security practices. Drive DevOps/SRE practices, automate infrastructure, resolve incidents, ensure compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/NIST), lead projects, participate in on-call rotation, and leverage generative AI to improve productivity.

Lead end-to-end data conversion projects: analyze, map, transform, and validate large datasets; build and run ETL/ELT processes; resolve data quality issues; coordinate cutovers and go-lives; act as primary technical customer contact; mentor junior staff; and leverage generative AI tools to streamline migrations and improve delivery.
