Teams at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services

Provides direct wellness, recovery, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and case management services to individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring substance use and medical disorders. Engages clients, monitors mental health status, develops recovery plans, provides crisis de-escalation, connects individuals with community resources and medical or mental health providers, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Provides administrative and operational support for a behavioral health coalition and grant-funded projects. Coordinates meetings, trainings, focus groups, partner communications, records, documentation, tracking systems, supplies, invoices, and reporting materials. Maintains confidential files, supports evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities, and assists project leadership and coalition committees. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office and EHR experience, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.

Provides same-day or 24-hour community-based behavioral health follow-up after crisis or law-enforcement encounters. Conducts outreach, needs reviews, crisis prevention, recovery-oriented counseling, care coordination, advocacy, warm handoffs, and linkage to mental health, substance use, medical, housing, benefits, and social-service resources. Responds to safety concerns by coordinating emergency and crisis services, documents activities, tracks referrals, collaborates with partners, and supports continued engagement.
