Coordinates implementation of a behavioral health community safety coalition, including partner recruitment, stakeholder engagement, meetings, MOUs, referral pathways, training activities, outreach, documentation, milestone tracking, and performance reporting. Serves as the primary liaison between Bridgeway and coalition organizations, monitors project progress, addresses implementation barriers, and supports community assessment and strategic planning activities.

Provides administrative and operational support for a behavioral health coalition and grant-funded projects. Coordinates meetings, trainings, focus groups, partner communications, records, documentation, tracking systems, supplies, invoices, and reporting materials. Maintains confidential files, supports evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities, and assists project leadership and coalition committees. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office and EHR experience, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.

Provides same-day or 24-hour community-based behavioral health follow-up after crisis or law-enforcement encounters. Conducts outreach, needs reviews, crisis prevention, recovery-oriented counseling, care coordination, advocacy, warm handoffs, and linkage to mental health, substance use, medical, housing, benefits, and social-service resources. Responds to safety concerns by coordinating emergency and crisis services, documents activities, tracks referrals, collaborates with partners, and supports continued engagement.
