Coordinates implementation of a behavioral health community safety coalition, including partner recruitment, stakeholder engagement, meetings, MOUs, referral pathways, training activities, outreach, documentation, milestone tracking, and performance reporting. Serves as the primary liaison between Bridgeway and coalition organizations, monitors project progress, addresses implementation barriers, and supports community assessment and strategic planning activities.

Provides administrative and operational support for a behavioral health coalition and grant-funded projects. Coordinates meetings, trainings, focus groups, partner communications, records, documentation, tracking systems, supplies, invoices, and reporting materials. Maintains confidential files, supports evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities, and assists project leadership and coalition committees. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, Microsoft Office and EHR experience, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.

Provides same-day or 24-hour community-based behavioral health follow-up after crisis or law-enforcement encounters. Conducts outreach, needs reviews, crisis prevention, recovery-oriented counseling, care coordination, advocacy, warm handoffs, and linkage to mental health, substance use, medical, housing, benefits, and social-service resources. Responds to safety concerns by coordinating emergency and crisis services, documents activities, tracks referrals, collaborates with partners, and supports continued engagement.

Provides community-based behavioral health follow-up after law-enforcement or crisis encounters. Conducts outreach, assesses immediate needs and safety risks, delivers short-term counseling and crisis-prevention support, coordinates care, facilitates warm handoffs, connects individuals with treatment and social resources, and documents referrals and outcomes. The role requires collaboration with crisis teams, providers, families, and community partners while supporting recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.

Provides administrative and housing support for a behavioral healthcare program. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients, coordinating referrals and appointments, managing Shelter Plus Care recertifications, tracking housing authorizations, maintaining records, entering billing and service data, preparing reports, managing supplies, supporting health and safety compliance, and communicating with clients, providers, staff, and finance teams.

Provides community-based behavioral healthcare and psychiatric rehabilitation support for people with serious mental illness. Provides wellness, recovery, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and case management services to individuals experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders. Engages clients, coordinates referrals and community resources, supports treatment-plan goals, monitors mental health status, develops WRAPs or psychiatric advance directives, and provides education to clients, families, and team members.
